This position provides exposure to diverse computer networking environments utilizing different platforms for various departments including clinical and research environments. The ideal candidate will have:

Applicants should possess at least 2 years of experience supporting end-users in the following areas:
Hands-on experience with TCP/IP.
Highly Proficient in Mac OS
Apple certified hardware repair specialist
Experience working with GSX
Windows user account management and exposure to Active Directory.
Knowledge of applications such as FTP clients, anti-virus, anti-spyware, and diagnostic tools.
Experience with productivity applications such as email, word processing, spreadsheets, web browsers, etc.
Some experience with networking infrastructure such as routers, firewalls, access points and switches and their roles.
Familiar with remote control software such as VNC, Remote Desktop, etc.
Must possess a solid foundation in computer science, including the necessary knowledge of computer history.
Experience with a variety of hardware manufacturers and software vendors.
Basic installation and troubleshooting of Windows 7 & Windows 10 platforms.
Some experience setting up/troubleshooting PCs with operating systems and applications.
Some Linux knowledge is a bonus
