Provide technical and administrative support to the financial planning staff on a wide range of financial planning products.
Onboarding of new clients, including setting up online access for clients, chasing updates on new applications with external providers.
Support senior staff for client meeting preparation and provide assistance and technical backup.
Processing payments and requesting transfers
Undertake collection of data required for regulatory reporting.
Data capture, chase up and process all transaction processing tasks associated with new and existing business.
Administration of technical transactions.
A years' experience within an investment firm is essential – ideally financial planning / wealth management
Good Investments and/or Pensions product knowledge
Ideally interested in taking exams; CII Diploma in Financial Planning
Strong communicator, conscientious with good attention to detail
