Adjunct Faculty - Industrial Maintenance Technology

Kentucky State Law requires state and national pre-employment background checks as a condition of employment. Plans and carries out instructional activities and prepares learning materials for (IMT) Industrial Maintenance Technology classes. Provides instruction to students using both theory and hands on lab activities. Keeps abreast of technical changes in the field and keeps classes updated to comply with current industry standards. Supports Workforce Solutions with customized Business and Industry Training and other training projects as needed. Some travel may be required. The successful candidate must have industrial work experience in the Industrial Maintenance field. Minimum Requirements: Associate Degree from a regionally accredited college or university and four years of related work experience in Industrial Maintenance. Preferred Qualifications: Associate Degree from a regionally accredited college or university, four years of related work experience in Industrial Maintenance, and working knowledge of circuits, rotating machinery, motor controls, National Electric Code, fluid power, robotics, PLCs, and mechanical power transmission.
