Under the Chief HR & Compliance Officer (CHRCO), the CQRI Director directs, plans, and administers all aspects of quality improvement activities and initiatives within One Hope United. Position could be based in Chicago or West Palm Beach, Florida.

Provides leadership to the Compliance Quality Risk & Improvement Team (CQRI)
Directs, plans, and implements all aspects of quality improvement activities and initiatives within a Line of Service for the purpose of improving outcomes and services to children and families.
Possesses deep understanding and experience leading and creating plan for Council on Accreditation (COA) re-accreditation.
Leads the identification and establishment of meaningful outcome measures of program quality with the Line of Service; establishes efficient mechanisms to collect the data for the measures and drives improvement in the measures.
Proactively assesses available information to provide real-time analysis of indicators and initiate action and/or modifications to program approaches when indicators are lagging to achieve identified targets and outcomes.
Incorporates data from multiple sources (including but not limited to outcomes, record reviews, incident reports, priority reviews, etc.) to implement Plan Do Study Act projects with the goal of improving outcomes.
Researches and develops techniques, skills, and criteria for ongoing improvement, training and evaluation of services.
Actively participates in management and leadership teams within the LOS to bring data driven solutions to improve services to children and families.
Engages internal and external stakeholders for feedback through various methods such as focus groups, interviews, and surveys and incorporates this data into program improvement.
Facilitates the development and approval of an annual CQRI Plan for all programs.
Demonstrates and communicates the values and philosophies of continuous quality improvement for One Hope United to all internal staff and external collaterals.
Establishes standards for, and implements measures of compliance with, contractual regulatory and accreditation requirements for all programs.
Establishes standards for, and implements measures of compliance with, documentation requirements for all programs, including establishment of uniform case records and conducting case record reviews.
Completes all required CQRI reports for the LOS, including but not limited to dashboard, contractual measures, balanced score cards, etc.
Chairs all of the case consultation and priority review meetings within the LOS.
Conducts regular meetings with Quality Improvement staff; provides continuing education and consultative support.
Coordinates with the Systems Analyst to collaborate on CQRI reporting and ensure data is integral to decision making in all levels of the agency.

BA/BS required, MA degree preferred in related field
10 years of experience in in quality improvement position within social services or related field required; experience with state’s SACWIS system for child welfare programs; past supervisory experience preferred
Extensive experience with the Council on Accreditation is required.
QMHP preferred for Medicaid programs
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record with OHU required levels of coverage for auto insurance
