Job Description Responsibilities include coordinating and managing NIH-funded and industry-sponsored imaging studies, organizing and maintaining study documentation, database entry, resolving data queries, review of medical records, and other research systems; preparing and processing regulatory documents for submission to the institutional review committees. (e.g. IRB, CTSRMC), and all regulatory committees from study start-up to completion, including initial submissions, amendments, modifications, and annual reviews. Additional responsibilities include pre-processing of MRI data for preparation of image analysis. Prepare and submit data use agreement documents with collaborating studies, including initial submissions, amendments, modifications, and annual reviews. Organize and maintain all study documentation via PennChart, RedCAP, and other systems, as required by the research grant or sponsor. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelorâ™s Degree and 1-3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Effective oral, written, organizational and interpersonal skills. Good communication skills and experience with direct patient contact. Experience with Radiology imaging modalities preferred.
